Every year, the Board of Trustees invites the community to contribute to the Board’s budget by making submissions and/or delegations.
As meetings are currently being held virtually, the Board of Trustees requests that anyone interested in participating in this process, make a written submission to the Treasurer of the Board no later than noon on Monday, July 20, 2020.
If you wish to present your written submission to the Board of Trustees, please specify your intent to delegate when emailing your submission to firstname.lastname@example.org. Presentations will be made virtually to the Board of Trustees on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at 7 p.m.
